It was clear throughout the entire process that her knowledge, both about the industry and about each different neighborhood, was unparalleled. We ended up choosing new construction, and Kimber knew exactly what questions to ask to ensure we were getting a quality product. When it came time to close, we were unable to be present for the final walk-through due to travel restrictions imposed by our jobs, and Kimber stepped in immediately. She took care of everything for us (and did a much more thorough job than we could have possibly done ourselves). She made sure that we were 100% happy with our purchase, to the point where she took on a personal cost to ensure we'd end up with an amenity that our sellers had previously guaranteed (but then backed out of providing in the final negotiations). After we closed, we had a few items remaining on our punch list, and Kimber went out of her way to let contractors or carpenters, etc. into our home while we were still in Boston to make sure everything got completed for us. We were blown away with our experience working with her and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Chicago area, especially to other residents and fellows like ourselves that have unforgiving work schedules.
