About Drew Westergreen

Born and raised in Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood, Drew Westergreen’s deep roots in the city give her an unmatched understanding of its diverse communities and charm. She attended Lab Elementary School and Whitney Young High School before pursuing her passion for music as a classical violinist at the University of Cincinnati’s College-Conservatory of Music.

After college, Drew took an unexpected but life-changing detour when she decided to invest in a small multi-unit building in Jefferson Park instead of attending graduate school. That first purchase ignited her passion for real estate, showing her the power of homeownership as a source of stability, opportunity, and wealth building.

Following in the footsteps of her Real Estate Agent parents, Drew joined forces with her sister, Kimber Galvin, to found KD Homes Chicago, a top-producing real estate team under Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. Together, they’ve built a boutique business known for its exceptional client service, local expertise, and proven results.

Drew has guided countless clients through buying, selling, and investing in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. With approximately 60% of her business coming from repeat and referral clients, her success is a testament to the lasting relationships she builds. Her hands-on, client-first approach ensures that every buyer and seller receives the personalized attention and guidance they deserve—from first showing to well beyond the closing table.

When she’s not negotiating deals or marketing listings, Drew is a proud mom to two young boys, JJ and Jude. She continues to enjoy playing the violin and is currently channeling her creativity into rehabbing a historic 3-flat in Logan Square. A true Chicagoan at heart, Drew loves exploring the city she calls home and helping others find their perfect place within it.
