About Marion Kennedy

Marion Kennedy is a real estate professional who is dedicated to assisting her clients in achieving their real estate goals. Born and raised in Chicago, Marion grew up in Lakeview, where she attended both Sacred Heart and St. Ignatius College Prep. She currently resides in the Wildwood neighborhood in Edgebrook and has a deep appreciation for the diverse and vibrant communities that make Chicago so special.

She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Indiana University Kelley School of Business and started her career in the commercial banking division at JP Morgan Chase. She later worked for Bank of America in their corporate real estate group, where her role involved underwriting credit for homebuilders and REITs.

Marion’s background in business gives her a unique perspective when it comes to real estate negotiations. She is well-informed about the current market conditions and has the expertise to navigate its intricacies. She aims to exceed expectations and ensures that every client has a smooth and successful real estate experience.

Educating her clients is one of Marion’s essential responsibilities. To make good choices, a buyer or seller needs to understand the sales process and have expectations that align with the realities of their markets. Marion is an educator to the novice client and an enlightened advisor to the more experienced investor.

Outside of her work in real estate, Marion is happily married to her high school sweetheart and is the proud mother of four beautiful children. She enjoys outdoor activities such as running, tennis, and golf. Having grown up in the Lakeview neighborhood and currently residing in the Wildwood neighborhood in Edgebrook, Marion deeply appreciates the diverse and vibrant communities that make Chicago so special.
