Born and raised in Chicago, Kimber Galvin is a big fan of her “Windy City” home. A graduate of St. Ignatius High School, Loyola University of New Orleans (undergraduate degree), and DePaul University (graduate degree), Kimber’s education far exceeds successfully passing a real estate exam. A fierce work ethic, superior communication, and critical thinking skills, coupled with a strong academic foundation, enable her to negotiate the best possible outcomes for her clients in many diverse and challenging situations.

Kimber launched her career in 2003 and has sold over 20 million dollars in residential sales at this time. She’s worked successfully on new construction projects from the ground up, and her expertise extends to providing sellers with design suggestions in their selection of finishes, staging advice for model units, and staging suggestions for clients’ personal homes. Her design support is predicated on an understanding of the property’s unique demographics and location. Her comprehensive knowledge of the city’s communities yields the greatest return for her client’s investments.
