As the sun began to set behind the Chicago skyline, the rooftop at 1775 N. Clybourn filled with familiar faces, cocktails, laughter—and a little bit of magic.
On June 25, 2026, we welcomed clients, friends, family, and community members to our annual client appreciation party, Skyline Soirée with KD Homes. It was a beautiful opportunity to step away from the pace of the real estate market, reconnect with people we care about, and celebrate the relationships that make KD Homes what it is.
The People Behind Every Move
We spend much of the year helping people move from one chapter of life to the next. This evening gave us the chance to slow down and catch up with clients we have helped over the years—along with friends, family members, referral partners, and longtime supporters of our team.
Some guests had purchased their first Chicago home with us. Others had trusted us to sell a longtime property or guide them through an important transition. Many relationships that began through real estate have since grown into genuine friendships.
Seeing so many familiar faces together reminded us that a home is never simply a transaction. It is part of someone’s story—and it is a privilege to be invited into that story.
Chicago Views, Cocktails and a Little Magic
With the skyline as our backdrop, guests spent the evening enjoying cocktails, delicious bites, warm conversations, and plenty of laughter.
One of the most popular parts of the evening was our tarot card experience with Monika Miteva, a talented tarot card reader—and also one of our wonderful KD Homes clients.
Watching guests compare their readings over cocktails was one of our favorite moments of the evening. Some were surprised, some amused, and nearly everyone was eager to hear what the cards had revealed for someone else.

Thoughtful Keepsakes for Our Guests
We wanted every part of the evening to feel personal, so we created custom keepsakes for guests to take home.
Each mini astrology kit included a candle, matchbook, crystal, manifestation card, and velvet pouch. Guests also received a custom tarot card created especially for the event.
These small details brought the theme to life and gave everyone a tangible reminder of the evening. They also reflected the experience we strive to create at KD Homes: thoughtful, polished, personal, and a little unexpected.
