In these crazy times, it brings us a tremendous amount of satisfaction to help our clients fulfill the dream of homeownership. As soon as 1833 St. Louis hit the market, we saw it's potential and made an appointment to view it that night! The recently rehabbed home's updated finishes, extra-large backyard, and proximity to the 606 made it a winner. Forty some days later, our closing was scheduled, and the world had changed. The final walkthrough included face masks, sanitizer, and gloves, and social distancing meant no congratulatory hugs. Rather than jumping in my car together, my clients headed to the title company alone to their drive-up curbside closing.
