"My husband and I heard about Kimber through a family friend and are so glad we had the privilege of working with her. She made the process of buying our first home seamless and went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable with every step of the process. We had very inflexible work schedules, and Kimber went out of her way to clear her schedule for us any time we were able to come into town to look at listings (we were living in Boston while trying to purchase a home in Chicago). We didn't have a great sense of what we were looking for, and Kimber patiently took us to several different neighborhoods so we could get a feel of the different parts of Chicago and find the area that best suited our needs. She easily took us to 20-30 listings before we found the right one, and she never made us feel like we were wasting her time or frustrating her with our indecision. It was clear throughout the entire process that her knowledge, both about the industry and about each different neighborhood, was unparalleled. We ended up choosing new construction, and Kimber knew exactly what questions to ask to ensure we were getting a quality product. When it came time to close, we were unable to be present for the final walk-through due to travel restrictions imposed by our jobs, and Kimber stepped in immediately. She took care of everything for us (and did a much more thorough job than we could have possibly done ourselves). She made sure that we were 100% happy with our purchase, to the point where she took on a personal cost to ensure we'd end up with an amenity that our sellers had previously guaranteed (but then backed out of providing in the final negotiations). After we closed, we had a few items remaining on our punch list, and Kimber went out of her way to let contractors or carpenters, etc. into our home while we were still in Boston to make sure everything got completed for us. We were blown away with our experience working with her and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Chicago area, especially to other residents and fellows like ourselves that have unforgiving work schedules. Beyond being an incredible relator, we have come to know her as an incredibly kind and thoughtful person, and hope to stay in touch with her moving forward!"
